This Works Perfect Look Skin Miracle Review

I purchased the This Works Perfect Look Skin Miracle 30ml (£28) after seeing it whilst shopping for other skincare items online the other day. It caught my eye and I remembered Lisa Eldridge using it and raving about it on her youtube channel. I have also seen it on a couple of blogger websites recently and decided to treat myself.

First impressions of the This Works Perfect Look Skin Miracle are that it has lovely sleek packaging, but again (as with other recent purchases!) is a smaller tube of product to what I was expecting. 

The product itself is described on their website: "Not only preps the skin for make-up. You can also wear it alone. Suitable for all skin types and colours, its non-greasy texture quickly absorbs into the skin, so you can achieve a glow at a moment's notice." 

Sound good to me.

This comes out as a thick caramel cream. And caramel is a damn good description. It also smells like caramel. Burnt caramel infact. A tad odd. But it isn't offensive as such. This tinted moisturiser goes on well, and doesn't roll (those horrid bits of skin when you over rub). This doesn't provide much coverage at all, if any but it does give a lovely glow to the face and is very hydrating. This isn't at all sticky to the touch after drying for a couple of minutes which is something I like. 

This really just gives a bit of a tan to the face and evens things out a little. You will still need concealer, but this is a great product for if you're having a good skin day or are on holiday, and don't feel like going completely naked (face wise!) and need a little something.

Do I think it's worth £28? No. It's more like £18 worth of product, but it is a high end brand and a lovely product and I'm very glad I have this. It will be well used during my up and coming holiday!
